MPEG-4 the multi media format of the future ?

I am one that agrees that Nero has become bloatware. I have owned it from the vary start and I am giving it up, this Cheetah software does everything I need and not having to deal with Nero updates, (large) and all the parts of Nero will be a relief. It's sad for me because Nero way back was great. I know many who have dumped Nero in favor of something else, less bloatware.
