Japanese retailer Geo has listed a product called the "PSP-4000" alongside the Nintendo 3DS in its latest financial report, with both scheduled to go on sale in 2010.

Geo's financial report lists all key products for the company’s fiscal year through to March 2011, with both the PSP-4000 and Nintendo 3DS listed on page 23.
The slip comes after pre-E3 rumours of a PSP2 failed to come through. Sony has made no official mention of the PSP-4000, while Nintendo has slated the 3DS to go on sale in 2011.
