I lost my password, how can I get a new one?

Just click on this link. It brings up a page where you should enter your registered email address. An email will be sent to that address shortly, with instructions for resetting your password.

Since passwords are encrypted, there is no way to resend your original password. This option provides you with the ability to reset your password.

You must be able to receive emails to your registered email address for this to work. You may need to check your spam filters and folder if you do not see this email in a few minutes.

I did not receive my password after registration, what can I do?

Are you sure the e-mail did not go into your spam folders? Be sure to add "@myce.com" to your safe sender list as well. If you still can't find it, please contact the the MyCE staff using the form below. Always explain your issue in as much detail as possible, else it's hard to see which account it is all about!

My password is not working, what can I do?

First of all, you can reset your current password by clicking here. If that fails, please contact the the MyCE staff using the form below, so we can check it. Always explain your issue in as much detail as possible.

I tried to sign up but never received any confirmation e-mail, what can I do?

You could check your spam folder in your e-mail program, to see if it's there. If you still can't find it, or if you have misplaced or accidently deleted this email - please contact the MyCE staff using the form below. We could be happy to look into it.

Something went wrong during the registration process and now my username is already taken?

Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for our confirmation message. The account has been added to our memberlist, so the good news is that there must be a way to get it working. If you did not receive any confirmation e-mail, please contact the MyCE staff using the form below.

I get "You do not have permission to access this page", what can I do?

Usually this means that your account has not been activated yet. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for our confirmation message to activate your user account. If you did not receive any confirmation e-mail, please contact the MyCE staff using the form below.

I can not log in, but I don't receive an error either. How is this possible?

This error sometimes occurs due to technical problems at the MyCE website. Usually, you can try again later and everything works okay. However, if you keep getting this message, then please contact the the MyCE staff using the form below. This way we can kick our development team for breaking the site. Be sure to always explain your issue in as much detail as possible.

I can not log in, and I receive the 'You have entered an invalid username or password' message. What can I do?

First thing you can do is check and re-check that you have entered both username and password correctly. Yes, this sounds crazy, but many people e-mail us when it turns our to be the incorrect details. If this fails, and you are still unable to log in, then you could try to reset your password using this link and follow the instructions. Still having problems? Just contact the the MyCE staff using the form below, so we can help you out. Always explain your issue in as much detail as possible.

I want to change my username, is this possible?

If you are using your full name or your email address as your username, you might want to change your username to something you can show off with. Should this be the case, please contact the MyCE staff using the form below and explain your situation. Also, please specify your desired username. Don't forgot we have many many members, so this username has to be as unique as possible (i.e. nick does not work, but nick56 does).
