BHA has
send us a press release that is has updated B's recorder Gold 7 and 8, B's
CLiP 6 and XVD editor. Most interesting however is the update for B's recorder
Gold 8. This update brings dual layer DVD-R recording, however with some
limitations.

- Added DVD-R DL (dual layer DVD-R disc)
support, but with the following limitations.
- There is a possibility that you may
not be able to view the recorded DVD-R DL disc on other DVD drives, or
played on DVD players or DVD recorders.
- Recording will always be in
Disc-at-Once. Other restrictions when recording or copying a DVD-R DL
are the same as standard DVD-R discs.
- Recording may take time to record
the necessary dummy data to make the disc compatible with the DVD-R
standard.
