some very powerful specifications and can write to both Double and Dual Layer

The Sony
DRU-810A is among the fastest drives in writing various kind of CD and DVD
media compared to other drives. Our tests shows that the drive is able to
reach the specification write speed easily. The only downside is the
support of DVD-R DL at 4x write speed where we can find other new drives
that supports this type at 8x speed (ie. Pioneer
DVR-110D).
