Does it still contain the crapware? No thanks - I'll pass. Virtual CloneDrive works fine.

You can install DTools without adaware as you're asked while installation process if you want it or not The trial of the pro version has adaware which has to be installed from my knowledge :r

The autostart option doesn't work, it doesn't write daemon.exe at the end of the path in the Run registry entry, so at startup, it will always opens the installation folder instead of launching the program.

"You can install DTools without adaware as you're asked while installation process if you want it or not" You mean adware. AD-AWARE is the program made by LavaSoft to remove adware. ....and I won't trust the makers of Daemon Tools again, much like how I don't trust the makers of Limewire. They both have/had spyware/adware regardless of the state of their current software. Obviously they have no ethics and don't care about their users so they are NOT to be trusted. "it doesn't write daemon.exe at the end of the path in the Run registry entry, so at startup, it will always opens the installation folder instead of launching the program." Does the target folder path have spaces in it? Some installers are dumb and don't put quotes around long filenames so that they're parsed correctly. That usually results in the filename being dropped as well as any part of the folder name that's after a space. You'd think that developers would just implement that automatically, but such is not always the case.

You're right Waethorn I meant adware and as I mentioned before you were never forced to install it, it was/is your decision in the non pro version.
