Fengtao used our news submit to let us know that he has just released DVDFab HD Decrypter 3.0.9.6. The free software comes with same functionality as DVDFab Decrypter, but with the ability to remove the AACS protection the software features full HD-DVD and Blu-ray support.
For people who don’t know DVDFab Decrypter, it’s a simple version of DVDFab Platinum. It copies entire DVD movie to hard disk, and removes all the protections (CSS, RC, RCE, APS, UOPs and Sony ARccOS) while copying.

I mean to hell with the customer, it is all about revenue streams not digital streams. Thank you Fengtao for bursting their bubble with this freeware alternative that is easy enough for anyone to use. :d I hope this will drive another nail in the coffin for DRM! :X It makes me proud to see this announced on CD Freaks. I hope millions of people see it and download. Then I also hope that people will buy your products to help you continue on.This message was edited at: 01-04-2007 15:04:45

Could someone else help me and gave me a real answer rather than a smart ass answer. I just want to know how to copy a mpvie (non-Blue-ray) using this version(DVDFAB 5). Or could Fengtao sent me copy of platinum since I brought it couple months ago.
