Next Tuesday it will all start. From the 4th till the 9th of March we will show you the best from Hannover, when we are at CeBIT. This year’s CeBIT will focus on global warming and ‘green concepts’. MSI follows by adding the world’s first Anion Notebook.

MSI will show their Green Concept Notebook with Anion technology at CeBIT. Anion technology purifies the air and removes toxic substances. MSI’s newest line of notebooks is supposed to offer customers the benefit of clean air in rooms with insufficient ventilation. So, if your office isn’t offering good ventilation, and it smells bad… Then you should drop your current desktop and switch to an office full of MSI notebooks… Or not?

Besides offering a fresh nose, MSI tries to provide customers with the best in battery saving technology. This combined with their natural look (wood or leather around the notebook) gives the notebook some plusses. But currently MSI isn’t offering the news we would like… How about the product’s features and ‘not-green technologies’?

We don’t know enough yet, but will ask more at next week’s CeBIT when we have an interview scheduled with the company. Not all of the notebooks are fitted with a Blu-ray player and the company isn’t telling why… Next we will have the answer to this question, and maybe to yours (if posted down here!).

Thats pretty cynical of them. A real green lap should not be just green painted but have a solar panel on top and recharge while not used. That "wood" is still plastic I suppose , although in leather it would look very hot. But do they know how much methane a typical "green" cow makes over its life time? P.S. Does anyone else see a resemblance with the Vista Cruiser from that 80's show? :B
