:8 Hasn't this been going on for years? I've bought several DVD singles long ago.

All three DVD singles will be sold separately beginning March 11, each with a suggested retail price of $7.98.

$4.99? I think $1.99 would be pushing it. Once again, the industry will bring out a new item at a ridiculously high price (and if it's anything like CD singles, it will be very prone to shoplifting or chargeback due to opened items in store), then when sales of it tank, they will blame it on P2P and piracy. Not to mention no material worth buying in the first place.

$7.98 A dvd single! why not $3.00 for a downloadable audio single? That pricing of a dvd single is something the "RIAA" would be proud of and i wonder if this is the gimmick to stop people from using "those" p2p apps :4

I LIKE DVD singles, but this is nothing new... I have 3 of Sum41's. It's nice to get the video with the music, I hope they bring out some cheap back-catalogue ones.
