don’t have much information, Samsung is going to release a DVD+/-R drive.
The drive with model name SR-T04B will write both DVD+R and DVD-R discs at 4
speed. Samsung drives are mostly pretty cheap and have an  href="http://www.cdfreaks.com/article/125" target=_new>average performance.
Strangely enough the drive will be available this month according to the press
release, while most ofther manufacturers are currently releasing 8x dual format
drives.

It should be an OEM NEC ND-1300A. An 8x burner by Samsung is supposed to be introduced in December. http://www.cdfreaks.com/news/8092
