Slysoft nearly doesn’t require any introduction anymore to the regular visitors of the CD Freaks. The company based in Antiqua offers a wide range of software that will help you in backing up your game, video and audio discs.

Today the company has informed us that they are offering a 20% discount on all their software products, using the coupon code ‘stpatricksday‘ which can be entered during the checkout.

The offer is valid till the 16th of March so be sure not to miss it.

For those who don’t know, AnyDVD can be used to remove the various copy protections on audio CDs and DVDs, CloneDVD is able to compress movies to fit them on a DVD recordable and CloneCD is able to bypass copyprotections on e.g. game CDs.

Honestly. It's still too expensive. I would only need it to run with my Blu-Rays. So they should make that available. And skip DVD and useless HD DVD. To reduce price. I mean, you have to pay nearly 50euro for it to work with DVD alone. And i can't see that i ever need to use it with a DVD. And THEN on top of that. You need to pay for the HD Addon.....

They did not kept their promise on BD+ support. Without it even with 50% discount it's too much.

Slysoft makes good products and provides excellent support - but their enormous price increase as of the first of 2008 makes their products terribly overpriced and no longer worth it. It's too bad greed has spoiled a reasonable product offering. :X
