Sony announces new BD-ROM drive

Sony has officially announced their new BD-ROM drive, the BDU-X10S. This drive can upgrade a computer into a high definition Blu-ray player. The drive is perfect for the smart consumer who wants to play high-defintion movies by simply adding this product to his computer.

The BDU-X10S comes with the needed software from CyberLink to offer the playback of commercial movie titles, recorded Blu-ray video’s and DVD’s and CD-ROM’s.

A new BD-ROM will cost you $200,00 and shipment is planned for later this month.
