Pushbullet today released an update of its similar named Android app that allows users to reply to WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger messages from the PC and Mac. With the Pushbullet service, for which apps and browser extensions are available, notifications can be displayed on a PC or Mac.
The developers today published an update of the Android app which makes it possible to directly answer these messages. Pushbullet currently supports WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Hangouts, Facebook Messenger and Line. The company has stated in a blogpost it wants to support more services as soon as users demand for it.
Fow only the Android app supports the feature to directly reply to received messages. The app requires Android 4.4 and higher and comes with a new widget that allows turning the the service on and off from the homescreen. It's unclear if more apps will follow.
