The developers of DVDStyler, an open-source DVD authoring application, released version 2.7 of their software today. The software supports Windows, Linux and OS X and is available in several languages. With DVDStyler it's possible to create DVD menus and the result can be burned to a DVD recordable.
The developers have added supports for a wide range of codecs including AVI, MOV, OGG, WMV, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DivX, Xvid, MP3, MP2, AC3 and even other formats.
The version from today adds new features , here's the changelog.
- Better support of multiple titlesets
- Added a possibility to add a chapter selection menu
- Added the rectangle selection tool
- Added possibility to align multiple buttons to left/right/top/bottom
- Added slide properties dialog
- Added a possibility to select a titleset to import from DVD
- Changed to use mplex tool for menu multiplexing
- Updated ffmpeg to version 2.1.3
