GeForce GTX 660 Ti specs and release date leaked

Swedish overclocker site Sweclockers has leaked information on Nvidia's upcoming mid-range graphic card, the GeForce GTX 660 Ti. The card has 1,344 CUDA cores, 96 texture and 24 raster operating units and will be clocked at 915 MHz with a 980 MHz GPU boost and GDDR5-effective memory that is clocked at 1502 MHz. The card seems to be be using a 28nm GK104 GPU using the Kepler architecture.

Interestingly, the card seems to be similar to the GTX 670 with the main difference between the two cards being the interface. The GTX 660 Ti has 192-bit bus width and the same amount of memory as the GTX 670 (2048 MB).  The card wil  have 2GB of memory with 25% less memory bandwidth as the memory bus is  reduced from 256-bit to 192-bit.

The reference model is equipped with a full cooler that takes up an expansion slot, video outputs for two DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort outputs, and is powered via two 6-pin PCI Express connectors. Partner manufacturers are  free to develop their own models so cards could end up with, for example, other types of coolers, higher clock speeds and more memory.

According to the Swedish site the card will become available the 16th of August at 3000 Swedish Kronor which translates to about $435,-
