Massive Google & Facebook Scam

It seems that not even the mightiest of I.T. firms are not immune to plausible scammers as a Lithuanian man has been charged with scamming Google and Facebook to the tune of $100 million.
Phishing Scam
This phenomenally large sum of money was apparently extracted from the technology giants following a successful email phishing attack.
Google states that it managed to recover its funds soon after the attack and although Facebook has obtained a substantial proportion of its losses back they’re still cooperating with the appropriate authorities.

All of which goes to prove that you can never be too careful these days, even if you are sitting behind industrial grade firewalls and protection systems.
