The NF8-830 M.2 NGFF SSD uses a new generation PCIE controller chip and supports the native PCIe Gen2x2 interface and will use 19 or 20 nm NAND. It will become available in 128/256/512GB capacity options with sequential read/write speeds specified up to 750/550 MB/s.

The second one is the N4-660 M.2 NGFF SSD, which supports SATA III and will use 19 nm NAND. It will be available in capacities of 32GB/64GB and continuous read/write speeds  are specified at up to 400/90 MB/s.

The company will also announce new  XTM Series SATA III SSDs at Computex 2013. These include Memoright’s exclusive Endurance Write firmware architecture which according to the company is developed with in-house R&D and will use the latest 19 nm MLC / TLC NAND memory.  The firmware architecture should ensure that the TLC memory can be used with the best possible performance and endurance.
