An update to Windows 10 might be fairly easy and free, there are still a lot of users that haven't switched to Windows 10. For those Microsoft has launched "Upgrade for Friends", a way to find others that can assist in an upgrade to the company's latest operating system.
Technical savvy users can register themselves as experts to help Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 users to switch to Windows 10. For each update they receive points that increase their chance to win a prize. Users that require help can enter their postal code and find someone to assist them with an update to Windows 10.
Prizes are a trip to Microsoft in the United States, Surface Pro 4's, Windows Store gift cards, power banks and wireless display adapters,
So far the "Upgrade for Friends" website appears to be only in German, Dutch and Portuguese. If you speak any of those languages, then as Microsoft says, "Immediately speak to your friends and install Windows 10 on their computers too!"
