Baidu will direct users to a website called Windows 10 Express. On this site is explained how Chinese users can upgrade to Windows 10 and where they can find apps for video, maps and other services.

In return for the cooperation, Microsoft will deeply integrate Baidu in Chinese versions of the OS. Baidu will be the default search engine and start page of Windows 10's default browser, Edge.

Microsoft isn't the first technology giant that cooperates with Baidu, Nokia offers Here Maps to the Chinese search giant and Uber has Baidu as an investor.
