Myce launches mobile app, available on Tapatalk

It took us way too long, but the Club Myce forums are currently available on Tapatalk and we've launched an in-house developed application to read our news on a mobile device. Tapatalk is an application available for Android, iOS and Windows Phone. Using it it's possible to read and use forums in a convenient way on a mobile device.

Previously the app was only available in paid editions, but now also a free version is available we decided to support the app on our forum too. Usage is simple, visit our forum using a supported mobile device and you will be prompted to install the app and add our forum to it.

Besides support for Tapatalk we've also developed our own app on which you can read our news on Android devices. The app is not yet available in the Google Play Store (yet) but can be downloaded from our own servers. The application requests only one permission, the obvious one, to make a connection to the internet so it can download the news from our servers.

In it's current stage it's simple, it displays a list of news items and you can read each news post. So far we don't support reviews and comments but hope to add support for this later.

More information on Tapatalk can be found here. Download of the official Myce Android Application can be found here. (we guarantee it's safe, but you need to tap the setting to allow apps from outside the Play Store (allow apps from unknown sources).

Update: Now also available in the Google Play Store.
