A new Ipad Mini with Retina display has received a certification from the FCC. The Ipad with FCC ID BCGA1491 has support for GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, HSPA+, DC-HSDPA, LTE, Wifi and Bluetooth. The device appears to have a 7.9" screen.
