We've heard a lot about the next version Office, codenamed Office 16, but every leak so far has been about the Windows version, today we get to take a look at the next version of Office for Mac.
Office 16 for Windows is currently in private beta, we've had some details about the new dark UI and "Tell Me" leak, but it looks like CNBeta got hold of a new Office for Mac build. OSX users have been somewhat left in the cold by Microsoft, the latest Office for Mac release is Office 2011, judging by these new screenshots the new release will finally bring the OSX version on par with Windows.
The screenshots only show off Outlook 16, but it's clear that Microsoft is taking Office for Mac serious again, the screenshot's show a new flatter UI to match with both Office 2013 and OSX Yosemite, with full support for retina displays. Outlook 16 is also getting better integration with OSX's notification center. Hopefully CNBeta will release some more screenshots of the other Office apps, for now you can check out the Outlook screenshots below.
