Maybe you've already heard about Bitcoins before. Often referred to as a peer-to-peer payment method as there is no central point from where the currency issued. The coins can be mined if you have a lot of computer power but can also be purchased with regular money, but the main advantage is that it's hard to discover the real identity of the person making the payment with Bitcoins.
Now Slysoft, the company behind software like AnyDVD, GameJackal and CloneDVD is temporarily accepting payments with Bitcoins and offers 40% of all products payed with the digital currency.
If you're unaware of Slysoft's products, AnyDVD is software that works automatically in the background to transparently enable read access of the contents of a DVD, HD-DVD or Blu-ray disc as soon as it's inserted into the drive enabling you to make backups of copy protected discs.
With CloneDVD it's possible to actually burn the movie to a disc and GameJackal allows you to play games without the actual disc inserted.
The offer to pay with Bitcoins and the additional 40% discount is valid till Sunday the 18th of November and Slysoft has posted additional information on Bitcoins on their website.
