Sony has just revealed the North American and European launch dates for its much anticipated PlayStation 4 Console.
Speaking a very short time ago at Gamescom 2013 Sony's President and Group CEO, Andrew House, gave a promotional speech relating to the launch of the new PlayStation 4.
As part of this it was revealed that North America will receive the new consoles on the 15th of November with the European launch following soon after on the 29th of November.
So the clock is now counting down for all PlayStation devotees and we can expect to see the usual queues outside the stores as people strive to be one of the first to get their hands Sony's latest baby.
With the Xbox One also due to be launched at some stage in November it's clear that the battle for dominance between the next generation consoles will very soon commence.
