Sony has knocked back plans by Vivid Video to stream porn to the PlayStation 3.
Discussions with Sony regarding streaming pornographic movies to the PS3 "didn't lead anywhere," says Steven Hirsch - founder and co-chairman Vivid Video, one of the world's largest pornography companies.
Vivid had proposed creating an area of the PlayStation Network that would require age verification to enter, reports CVG.
Hirsch hasn't given up hope of bring porn to games consoles and may turn his attention to Microsoft's Xbox 360.
"If we could get further than we did with Sony [on Xbox 360], we'd be very interested," he says.
