Source code of AndroidTV device 'Molly' running Android L pops up

The Android developers have posted a development branch of 'Android L'  for the Android TV device codenamed Molly. The Molly was previously already found in a changelog of Android 4.4.3 which was  accidently posted several months ago.

Android TV was also announced at the last Google I/O and Molly is the Android TV development board. The code reveals much of what we know already. The device can be controlled with a remote that connects over Bluetooth. Once the remote is connected, Android TV devices can be controlled using gestures and voice. The remote appears to have a touchpad and/or Dpad as well.

Android TV is an Android version optimized for large screens such as TVs and give access to content optimized for TV including movies and games. The Android variant should become available in both separate set top boxes but also built in TVs.

Molly is also known as the ADT-1 developer kit, a device for developers that want to make applications for Android TV. The ADT-1 is not available for purchase but made available at Google I/O 2014 to a select group of people. It's on Android build LPV79, the same build as made available for the Nexus 5.
