After yesterdays announcement of a SATA II SSD from Silicon Power, we have another SATA II SSD, this time from Team Group. Their model, the SSD SATA II A1 features high-speed NAND Flash has built-in 128MB DDR Cache memory combined with S.M.A.R.T, ECC automatic error correction and supports the WIN7 TRIM command.
The drive uses a PHISON 3105 controller which allows, according to the company, writing/reading speed up to 270MB/s and 210MB/s and random writing/reading up to 15000/6000 IOPS.
The drives are available in 30,60,120 and 240 GB an come with a three year warranty.
