User complain about Windows 7 update that causes bootloops - another Windows update flaw

An update Microsoft released last Patch Tuesday causes issues on Windows 7 computers. The affected update is KB3033929 and adds SHA-2 support to Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2,  according to the description.

Many users complain the update causes issues during installation and in the end doesn't install. Some users report that their computer gets stuck in a bootloop, after installation of the update fails the computer restarts, then tries to install the update again, which in its turn fails again and the computer reboots. The process goes on infinitive.

A solution doesn't seem to be available yet and Microsoft also hasn't responded to the complaints. The last couple of months Microsoft released several updates that caused issues and needed to be withdrawn.
