Creating a Data CD or Data DVD
The procedures for creating both Data CD or DVD are virtually the same; we will demonstrate the steps for a DATA CD for this review.
To create a new Data CD layout you will click on the Data Icon and select the Data CD option.

Select the file(s) and folder(s) from the Explorer Window and “drag and drop” them into the Data Track Layout Pane.

Select the File System and Data Format options along with the Volume and Date & Time information from the Data CD Properties dialog. In the event you wish to save the Data CD layout you have created, just click the Save button on the toolbar and choose your options.

Once you have chosen the CD Properties you may choose the target drive from the Target Drive List located on the bottom right of the program window.

Insert the CD-R/CD-RW media in the target drive and Click the Step 2 button in the EasySteps Pane and the “Write CD” window will open.

Here you may choose between Test, Test & Write, or Write. You may also choose the burn speed and the number of copies desired. Once you have completed your selections; press the “start” button to begin the write process.

Once the burn has completed you will be presented with the following screen:
