Corsair Vengeance 2666MHz RGB DDR4 RAM review Antonis Sapanidis .

Corsair is not stranger when it comes to RAM, they have manage to release some RAM modules that were outstanding, and also pushed the speed of their RAM products to its max. However this days speed is only one part of the reason on why you buy your RAM, the aesthetics of the RAM is another reason, and so far Corsair has done a great job at this. Now they have pushed things even further simply by introducing the Vengeance RGB DDR4 RAM. So lets take a closer look on the Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RGB RAM and its performance.

RGB is everywhere these days, and on some parts RGB lighting can be very useful, great looking, and aesthetically pleasing. But it can very easily reach too far and start looking kitsch. I personally am not a fan of RGB. I believe that they are excellent for demonstration purposes and boutique builders, but when it comes to real world usage, at this point, they have very little value. I do hope that in the future this will change.

The Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM however was a pleasant surprise for me, a nice exception to the rule. Mainly it had to do with the visual side of the Vengeance RGB RAM even when they are not plugged into a motherboard, as they look great, but more importantly the RGB looks awesome, and this is the main reason why you will want to have them.

Corsair offers the Vengeance RGB kit in dual and quad kit, from 16GB all the way up to 64GB. The starting speed is 2666MHz going all the way up to 3466MHz, so not only do you get the looks but you also have the option to get the kit that fits your needs.

Thanks to Corsair for sending me the Vengeance RGB 2666MHz DR4 kit for this review. You can find more about Corsair and their products by visiting their website.

Now I can start this review and as always, I will begin with the packaging and its contents.
