USB3 flash drives have matured to a point where
you can almost find any drive that you want, from flash drives that are SSDs, to
performance drives, and also value drives. There are also drives that don’t
follow common design, and are able to give a more pleasing look. Silicon Power
is a manufacturer that has a wide selection to choose from when it comes to
flash drives, from USB2 to USB3, capacities up to 128GB, drives that have a
unique design, and also many more options, not just in flash drives either. If
you'd like to learn more about Silicon Power, I'd suggest that you take a look
at their website and you can click here

Silicon Power was kind enough to provide me
with two of their latest USB3 flash drives, the Blaze B06 a value orientated flash
drive, and their latest top of the line USB3 flash drive, the Marvel M70. So
let’s start this review by taking a look at the packaging of both drives, before
moving forward to the testing.

Now it’s time to take a closer look at the
Marvel M70 flash drive, so let's start again by taking a look at the packaging.

It’s nice to see that for the Marvel M70,
Silicon Power did a very good job packing it. This time it’s well presented and
there are speed specifications written on the front of the package. First
impressions are very good.

The back follows the same design that we
have seen on all of the Silicon Power USB flash drives that I have reviewed.
All the warranty and compatibility info is displayed on the back of the
package.

The
front of the drive with the USB connector retracted,

and
the again the front of the Marvel M70, this time with the USB connector opened
and ready for use.
