Only fixes the CPU slider issue in the Direct Show decoder... Thank to Maniakzi for this...
I notice a licence warning on some computers at the start of the install, this warning is non lethal.
Don't forget to run the 'RUN ME FIRST !!' file to register the new codecs, even if you update from previous version...
