Napster is suing someone for a change, instead of being sued
Napster Inc., one of the most controversial and legally embattled companies in the high technology industry, put itself on the other side of the court system last week when it filed a logo copyright suit against a Southern California firm company that is using the company's cat logo on such merchandise as T-shirts and hats. |
The Wall Street Journal reports that the offending company - Sports Service Inc. - sells such Napster-oriented products on its Napsterstore.com Web site at http://www.napsterstore.com .
