PeerGuardian software updated again, v1.99b pr14 now available

Quakester2000 reported to us that
last Friday another version of the PeerGuardian (PG) software has been released. For those of you
who don't know the software, PG is a utility that blocks certain IP
addresses used by the recording industry and affiliated companies to search
for file sharers. Here is the changelog from the latest version:

PeerGuardian v1.99 pr14: CPU usage reduced dramatically. RAM down to approx. 15MB for most users. Whitelist fix to stop IPs slipping through!!
