BadReligionPR and damiandimitri have both posted news that has been languishing in the news submit, waiting to tell us that CDRWIN has been updated to version 3.9E. BadReligionPR says it looks like another straight device support upgrade.
There is no changelog as of yet that I can see. However, by going to this link you can find the list of supported CD/DVD devices, dated September 5th.
