We here at Team Blade are trying to keep you up to date with what is being released at the scene and since the size
of the games and apps are being increased all the time we at some point simply have to move over to the DVD media.
So prepare for the DVD invasion and get yourself a drive as soon as possible you NEVER know when we convert into DVD.

Q: Are you still coming out on CDRom aswell as DVD ?
A: No. it will simply get too expensive to manufacture.
Q: What will the price be for the DVD BLADE Editions?
A: Expect the same price as you pay for a BLADE set, this is due to the price of the blank DVD media's. At this time, the price for a single pressed DVD is a bit higher than what we are paying for an entire SET of CDRoms at this moment. So going over to DVD will get cheaper at a certain time as the medias become household items , but at this moment it will have no affect on the actual sales price, what so ever.
Q: What does a DVD drive cost, since i dont have one, and im almost out of money (your sets arent that cheap either)
A: You are right, our sets are a bit expensive (and this WILL be corrected at a point of time). a single DVD drive is to be bought at around $100 , which is exactly the same price as a normal CDRom drive.. you can find the drives in all major stores and on the net (the DVD Drives can be purchased over the Net, but be carefull you never know what you get, and some times you have to pay for delivery also!)
Q: What are MY advantages from converting from CD to DVD ?? what do I get out of it ??
A: You get BLADE every month with the latest games, AND you also get your favourite movies back on BLADE.. We dropped this section some time ago, but are planning to REOPEN this section because of major interest. This media allows us to do so, as there is much more space available than we had on a sixpack (or 8 for that sake).. so there WILL be bonus'es for you guys / girls out there!
Q: What will be changed when you actually release Blade DVD Edition ?
A: Expect the installer to be somewhat cooler, we are working 24/7 on a new installer, which holds all the coolest features you could expect,
for instance:
- New UserFriendly Interface
- Backward compatible to all the released BLADE sets!
- MP3 Support integrated
- Users being able to change the skin of the installer on their own (fully configurable)
- MPG's being played in the screenshot window (both clips from the games and VCD)
- More screenshots, and more MP3.screenshots WILL be available before we release BLADE DVD Edition.
Q: Will the covers be as big as they were in the start? i still remember the BLADE Vol. 1 cover.. it didnt even fit into my speakersystem!!
A: No.. haha.. the cover will be a SINGLE , Easy to send, and cool paper cover, which can be transported easily, and holds both a front with a cool new design, and a backside with all the titles on PLUS a small instruction in how to use, inside!..
All in all.. Prepare to get your copy of
BLADE DVD Edition.
