Movie Panda, an application available for Windows and MacOSx streams more than 15,000 movies in HD for free. The software, made by unknown developers, uses Bittorrent as the source of the content and promises to instantly start streaming movies.
The application is an improved version of the popular free movie streaming service Popcorn Time. It's possible to find movies by genres, directors, actors, writers, ratings, time periods or specific years and/or a mix of them. Movies can be streamed in HD, Full-HD and when available 4K. Users that would like their movie to be subtitled can get subtitles in different languages.
The movie catalog is decentralized and always online. Movie Panda doesn't rely on any website or web service being online in order to work, in fact Movie Panda doesn't host a movie catalog of any kind. Each Movie Panda installation finds movies and movie metadata on its own and then shares this information with the network so the content is always available even when the sources go down.
