Eurofins Digital Testing, a global leader in end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA) and cyber security services, has further strengthened its position in the European marketplace, following its acquisition of Edinburgh-headquartered Commissum Associates Ltd.
In a press release published Tuesday, Eurofins Digital Testing said the acquisition made Commissum the latest addition to its portfolio of information and cyber security services designed for companies in varying industries across the globe.
"The pace set by digital transformations and the near-exponential growth in connectivity is putting increasing demand on all organisations to meet the challenges posed in delivering a safe and secure IT infrastructure and ensuring any devices manufactured are similarly secure" said Johan Craeybeckx, Business Line Director at Eurofins Digital Testing International.

Founded in 2005, Eurofins Digital Testing works as a provider of end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA), compliance testing, and cybersecurity services to businesses in varying industries. The acquisition is expected to help boost the company’s presence in the UK and quicken its growth in the North American and APAC marketplaces

As part of the deal, Finch will continue to lead the team and will report to Craeybeckx. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
