Free tool allows upgrade to Windows 10 Creators Update before official release

Microsoft has made a tool available that allows users to update their computer to the Creators Update, the latest Windows 10 version that is expected to be officially released on the 11th of April.

The tool, the Windows 10 Update Assistant is a 6MB download and was already discovered by Microsoft watcher H0xx0d. Since today the Upgrade Assistant is able to upgrade Windows 10 computers to build 15063, better known as the Creators Update.

Meanwhile also links to 64-bit and 32-bit ISO files have appeared online. These are versions Microsoft released as Insider build but it appears these are the same as the stable build.

The Creators Update should allow anyone to capture, create, view and share 3D content with Capture 3D and Paint 3D, the 3D version of the well known Paint application.

Besides that, it introduces new privacy settings, a blue light filter, gaming enhancements and more.
