Further evidence of the increasingly stressed relationship between Apple and Google emerged today as Google's Motorola Mobility division took action against Apple, seeking to block US imports of iPhones, iPads and Apple Mac computers.
Motorola Mobility insist that they have attempted to negotiate with Apple regarding seven Motorola Mobility patents that Apple have allegedly infringed upon, but they've been unable to reach a licensing deal and have now taken their case to the US International Trade Commission .
As well as other features the dispute also includes patents relating to Apple's Siri voice recognition technology which Motorola Mobility allege Apple has infringed upon.
