SATA-IO website reveals Samsung 860 series 2.5" SSDs

The website of the SATA-IO organization indicates that Samsung will soon come with 860 EVO series SSDs with drives in capacities of 250GB, 500GB, 1TB, 2TB and 4TB. The drives use the SATA interface and come in a 2.5" form-factor.

Drives named MZ7LH250, MZ7LH500, MZ7LH1T0, MZ7LH2T0 and MZ7LH4T0 appear in the database of SSDs that have passed the Serial ATA Interoperability testing from SATA-IO, the organization that develops the SATA specification. The number at the end of the name reveals the capacity of the drives

The website doesn't list any other specifications but due the usage of the SATA interface sequential writes and reads will not be above the 550MB/s. These drives' most interesting feature will likely be the price, this will surely be lower than its predecessor, the Samsung 850 EVO series, due to the usage of Samsung's latest generation V-NAND.
