Sony demands $800 in damages for each of the two sold console. The Japanese electronics giants wants $200 in damages for each downloaded and installed pirated game, according to Torrentfreak who dug up legal documents on the case.

According to Sony, the man circumvented the copy protection of the PlayStation 4 and sold the consoles with dozens of games on eBay under the handle Blackcloak13. His eBay account still exists.

In October last year, Sony started a lawsuit against the suspect, but he failed to show up in court. Therefore the company asks the judge for a default judgement.
