WZOR leaks Windows 8.1 Spring Update which can be uninstalled

The Russian hackgroup WZOR has released early versions of the Windows 8.1 Spring Update which can be easily installed and uninstalled. The files have become available on filesharing networks and WZOR has posted instructions on how to install them.  This version appears to be compiled on  the 3o th of January this year and doesn't appear to bring many more changes than already known, besides a change to Internet Explorer 11.

According to WZOR this IE version integrates an enterprise mode.  This mode should convince enterprises which use older web applications that only work in older IE versions to migrate to Windows 8.1. The enterprise mode should also become available for Windows 7 later.

We already know the updates adds the options sleep, restart and shut down to the start page of the Metro interface. Apps from the Windows Store now also have a maximize and minimize feature and the update also seems to bring an improvement in scaling screen with high resolutions, like screens with a resolution of 3200×1800 pixels. It appears to be possible to scale text and items on the desktop up to 500%.
