Hyperx Alloy FPS – A gaming keyboard Antonis Sapanidis .

HyperX makes some very fast SSD’s, excellent RAM, they also make keyboards, mice, headphones, and today I am taking a look at the HyperX Alloy FPS keyboard. This keyboard is mechanical and has the Cherry MX Blue switches. So lets see what else it has to offer.

Peripherals in general are a very important part of our daily interaction with our PC, and yet most of us don’t spend that much time or thought on them, especially when it comes to the overall quality of mice and keyboards. An exception to this rule would usually be the monitor.  Many of us however just go out and buy the cheapest keyboard and mouse that we can get, or the one that we think looks best, and most the time there is a good excuse for this, as you want to allow more for your graphics card or your CPU.

So you decided that you had enough of cheap keyboards and you are ready to make the switch from your cheap membrane keyboard to a mechanical one. Well HyperX has a few options when it comes to keyboards for you to check out, starting with what is their high end offering, at the time of writing this review, the Alloy Elite, then moving on to the Alloy FPS Pro, and of course the Alloy FPS, the keyboard that I will be taking a closer look at in this review.

Thanks to HyperX for providing me with the Alloy FPS keyboard for this review, and to find out more about HyperX you only need to click here.
