Crucial Ballistix 2x8GB DDR3 SODIMM – A quick look on the Ballistix RAM

As I said in the beginning, one of the two
things that you can change in your laptop is the RAM, and if you can step up to
16GB of RAM you can push your laptop to a new level of usability, especially if
it’s combined with an SSD. All the tests that I ran favoured the new Crucial
RAM, and the best part is that I never managed to use all my RAM or get the low
RAM message from Windows, telling me that I need to close various applications.
It’s clear that having more RAM with tighter timings is a big plus to your OS,
and also to the end user who will be able to have a much better experience. The
only negative about this 2*8GB kit would be the cost, but it’s worth it,
especially if you plan to keep your laptop for a few more years.

Closing this quick look at the Crucial
BallistiX RAM  I have to say that If you have less than 8GB of RAM don’t
hesitate to move up to 8GB, or even better 16GB, you will only benefit from the
extra RAM.
